Centralized sourcing from the e-cruiting Center is one of the ways HSI delivers added value to our clients.
By removing the need to source, we enable our branch recruiting staff to concentrate on understanding the skills
and other attributes that are best suited to our clients and closing those candidates that fit the client job profiles.
Just as important is our ability to shift priorities on short notice to accommodate high volume or other critical needs
