The HSI e-cruiting Center is a state-of-the-art; multi-shift electronic and telephone based recruiting facility. It augments our branch recruiting by continuously updating HSI’s branch and national databases with candidates who they have contacted and pre-qualified, and who are ready to speak with a branch recruiter about specific career opportunities at HSI. This facility provides a full range of unique client services that include: Electronic Integration with all major job sites on the World Wide Web (WWW) HSI Netstaffer Job Posting & Response Processing Internet Resume Mining based on Project Client Requirements and/or Branch Job Postings Database Candidate Search (queries against branch and national databases) Entering Candidate Profiles and Resumes into CPAS Contacting and Pre-qualifying Candidates Immediate Notification of Qualified and Available Candidates 24/7 resume sweep on the WWW Centralized sourcing from the e-cruiting Center is one of the ways HSI delivers added value to our clients. By removing the need to source, we enable our branch recruiting staff to concentrate on understanding the skills and other attributes that are best suited to our clients and closing those candidates that fit the client job profiles. Just as important is our ability to shift priorities on short notice to accommodate high volume or other critical needs of a particular account.
