The collective leadership behind Howard Systems’ (HSI) people, processes, products, and organizational structure
is our Executive Committee (EC). The EC is
comprised of the company's President, and it's four Senior Vice Presidents. Taking under advisement staff suggestions, they make the
decisions that transform and effect positive change on the business, its employees, and clients.
Each member of the EC is an expert in their specific scope of responsibility at HSI, and brings to the table years of IT and
vertical industry experience. Their innovative thinking, effective communication, and successful deployment of business
strategy, are representative of true leadership in action.

Howard Persky
President |
Howard Systems International's (HSI) President, Howard Persky, founded the company in 1975. A former math teacher in the New York City school system,
he saw his future in technology. Nearly 30 years ago, Howard began his technical career as an Account Manager for Computer Horizons Corporation (CHC),
where he quickly became the highest producing salesperson. Realizing the potential in the IT services industry, he left CHC, honored his one-year non-compete
agreement and with three clients, HSI was created. Howard’s original three clients remain business partners with HSI.
Howard is a graduate of City College in New York. He is married with one son.

Mike McMahon
Executive Vice President |
Mike McMahon joined Howard Systems (HSI) in 1982 and is second most senior employee next to
Howard Persky. Mike began his career at HSI as Technical Director, moving up through the ranks of Branch Management
to his current position of Executive Vice President where he is responsible for the operations of the company. Mike has 37 years of
experience in the IT industry ranging from Programmer to Sales to Sr. Management.
A former United States Marine, Mike is a graduate of Monroe Community College and University of Buffalo. He is married with two daughters and three grandchildren.

Jeff Martinik
Vice President of Staffing |
Jeff Martinik joined the Howard Systems (HSI) team in 1996 as the Stamford office Branch Manager. After gaining status of
Branch of the Year in 1998, he was promoted to Vice President of Staffing at the Corporate office. Jeff is responsible for defining and implementing
HSI’s strategic recruiting direction. Jeff has 18 years of IT Sales and Recruiting Management experience. Prior to his IT industry experience
Jeff taught 6th Grade in the Connecticut Elementary School system.
Jeff received both his BA and Masters Degrees at Southern Connecticut State University. He is married with two daughters and a son.

Brian O’Shaughnessy
Vice President / Legal Counsel

Brian O’Shaughnessy joined Howard Systems (HSI) Management team as Vice President and Legal Counsel in 1994. As Chief Legal Counsel, he
is responsible for HSI’s business and legal issues within the company, as well as the oversight of any legal representation or litigation outside the
company. Prior to HSI, Brian spent several years in private practice and has a broad corporate legal background with an emphasis in acquisitions and securities.
Brian is a graduate of Boston College and received his J.D. from New York Law School. He is married with two sons and a daughter.
